When you order from us, we ask for your name, your billing address and your email address for us to personalize the service to you. When your place an order with Ink Cartridge City, we ask for your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your e-mail address. We realize the importance and privacy of this information and thus your information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We will not sell or give your names or information to outside parties. We use the information for the purpose of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to better serve your needs, and to notify you of special offers that may be of interest to you. In the event you do not wish to receive promotional email from Ink Cartridge City, please click the "remove me from your list" link on the email we send you.

Delivery Time & Shipping

Free Ground Shipping on orders of $65.00 or more!

Normal shipping is within 24 hours on regular business days. We may switch between shipping carriers at our discretion to provide better service to our customers.

$4.95 FLAT GROUND SHIPPING - Most orders are received within 3 business days but it may take up to 7 days for delivery, and may be shipped via either ups ground or usps. Customer will be notified via e-mail, of the shipping method utilized. Delivery time varies depending on your location with respect to our warehouse located in Texas.

Shipping charges are calculated by the total weight of the product (s), once you proceed to order and have entered your "shipping to" information.
Priority Mail (2 to 3 Days not Guaranteed) Shipping Charges are $4.95 for packages up to 0.5lb.
Orders paid with a check will not be processed until funds from your checking account are cleared (usually 5 business days).
You can find out what your shipping charges will be, before entering any credit card information, by selecting the products you want, and entering the "ship to" information and the shipping method (Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day).
Currently we can not process international orders other than to AE, APO, AP, FPO or Canada.
We use billing address verification for all transactions. All orders with billing addresses not matching your bank information will be immediately cancelled.
To avoid shipping delays please enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement or your check.
 If a back order does occur it will not be charged to your account until it is shipped.

We now Ship to Canada! Orders to Canada are shipped via US Postal Service and may take up to three weeks for delivery.

Shortages

Please inspect your order carefully. Shortages must be reported to Ink Cartridge City within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment Options

 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, personal checks and money orders.
There will be a $25 fee or the maximum amount permitted by law for returned checks.
Check writer is also responsible for all other costs of collection.
Your usage of PayByCheck for payment is your acceptance of this agreement and its terms.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects.
 Liability under this guarantee is limited to replacing a product found to be defective under normal use. If for any reason a return must be made, it must be pre-authorized by Ink Cartridge City. All non-defective products must be in their original packaging and condition (re-sellable as new). Any item return must be done within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please pack carefully. We can not credit you for merchandise damaged in return shipping.
All new items returned for credit or refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.
 Shipping Charges can not be credited.
